April Take 10 Pocket Kit (Double sided cards) 

Here is the Project Life Layout that I created with the kits:
This is our Easter in 2012

Used a piece of the Amy Tan Transparent Stickers that comes in the glam bag for this 3x4 card

Ever since I discovered water colors, I love adding them to cards to make them more "me". 

This 4x6 sun burst card was already so cute! 

Used Tim Holtz Distress Paints to color these cute wooden veneers.

Isn't that the perfect stamp!!

The LayOut

I am a Project Lifer..by heart. When I first Discovered Project Life,  I was certain that I still wanted to add a layout in between my PL pages. After a while, I realized I was just sticking to PL pages. 

But every once in a while..there's that one photo that just screams Layout. 

Below is one of my favorite layouts that I've made this year...

Of course using stencils and Tim Holtz mini distress inks..

It's cool to see how my "style"has changed throughout the years. Most of the layouts that I do now always have a white or light colored background.

Pocket Letters: The Addiction of The Year!

If you're a Project Lifer, You will love these! 

These pages are done with 9 pocket page "baseball card" page protectors. 

I Love that I can still use my project life cards and just cut them down to 2.5 x 3.5 fit these pages. 

Below are some of the ones I've made so far

Taking Some Me Time

I'm finally back! Slowly finishing up, printing old pictures just sitting in my computer.

This one is from April 2006 : Easter!!  My now 9 year old baby was 1 year old then!

I mainly used Studio Calico's Camelot cards.

I went with what I consider simple. I usually do way more embellishments but decided less was more here.

Still using the vellum pieces from We Are Memory Keepers Instagram Journal Cards : Sheer Metallic

I received the gold dotted 3x4 card from a facebook swap in Project Life Card Swap. Challenge was to use one of the cards you've received from a swap in of your own layouts. 

 

I used several digital printables. I love labels and banners. 

I didn't have many gold embellishments to pull from so I coiled this gold cord to match the other circle shapes in the pages.

Freebie Green Digital Printable label, SC Camelot Kit: banner, flair and wood piece. 

I went in reverse order this time, pulling the cards with the three main colors I wanted....then coordinating pieces. It made it easier and quicker to put the layout together.
